This week has been pretty la la la...not to much to say. Slowly creeping toward my departure date. This weekend will be spent hanging out, getting some grading done and preparing to wrap up with the last week of classes next week! Last week of classes whooo hooo!!
Oh wait!! Just as I am sitting here thinking, man I am boring today I remembered there is something happening this weekend! I have been invited to go to Kaho Yai National Park. It is the second largest national park in Thailand. Remember last Sunday when I got to go eat homemade Indian food?? Well, Kaplana (whose house I went to. ABAC teacher) has a sister-in-law who volunteers with the elephants at this park. One conversation led to another and we arranged a trip for this coming Sunday. The early birds get the worm, we head for the park at 7AM, hang with the elephants, drive around/walk around the park, have lunch, and head home. DAY TRIP!! Should be a nice time, lots of pics and blog worthy material.
I am so excited that I am wrapping up Thailand with little trips. Rumor on the streets is next weekend A. Rachel and A. Danielle are escaping to the quite island of Koh Samet. Last weekend in Thailand on a beach seems like the most appropriate activity to engage in.
