"I saw. Just a tail and 1 eyeball"

So remember the post/video when I was trying to be the next Animal Planet host? I was holding a little flying squirrel ....well I got some bad news today. The family dog ate it.  My student, Guy, was not happy about it when I asked him how our little class pet was. He said he came down from sleeping and saw one eyeball and a tail.  Then he explained to me how he cried, but only a little.

    That is why our bird is in a cage--so Frosty doesn't enjoy a midnight snack.

    Yea but remember how well that cage worked for dear old Thumper? Oreo and Frosty got to that rabbit.
