Samut Songkhram

We took a Taxi out to the Samut Songkhram Market. It was about 1hour and 20 min taxi ride. There were 6 of us so we took two taxi's on the way there. The way we got home was an adventure....here are some pics of the market
You can see the train coming through the market. Everyone moves every hour for the train to come through. It even goes over some of the produce. As soon as it goes by the stands the tents go back up and people fill in the tracks again like nothing happened. There are videos of this on you tube and we have one that I hope will get edited and linked up to my blog soon.

Walking through the market. The girls are actually on the tracks. Do you see how some of the produce is actually held in my the track itself!? You don't believe it until you see it!

Coconuts, bananas and limes. I would have liked to sit and talk to this women about the people she has seen and how long she has been at this market. I bet she has great stories....

There are also stands behind the tracks. I mean they sold everything and anything you could think of.
